Q: What is a pre-order?
A: A pre-order is a purchase for an exclusive item that is not yet in stock.
Q: Why should I pre-order?
A: Purchasing a pre-order item helps us order exactly the right amount of stock from our manufacturers and is a great way to secure an item and avoid sell outs!
Q: How does a pre-order work?
A: To secure your item, full payment is due at checkout. Once an order is placed, the item will ship once PDX-YO receives the shipment from our manufacturer. When the item arrives at our PDX-YO HQ, we will ship the item with your selected shipping method within two business days. The exact delivery date on Pre-Order items is unknown, however, a target release date is specified on the products page.
Q: How do I know if an item is a pre-order?
A: All pre-order items will be marked with a "pre-order" button on the Store Product Page, check out and order summary and will have an estimated shipping date in the product description.
Q: What about Changes in Delivery Date?
A: Our Pre-order disclaimer: Because the item has not yet reached us, we can not guarantee the exact date your item will ship. Each pre-order item has an estimated shipping date but this is subject to change from the manufacturer without prior notice. If for any reason we are not able to fulfil your pre-order, we will refund you for the full amount immediately.
Q: I want a refund!
A: As stated above we will issue refunds if we aren't able to fulfil your order. However- refunds will not be available on pre-orders where your order is still able to be fulfilled. However, refund requests will be considered if made due to extraordinary delays in delivery ( greater than 60 days from stated initial delivery estimate).
